For most of us, teen years are years that are filled with physical and emotional ups and downs. There are several changes that happen in these years that it can be quite unpleasant for several young people. That is when a lot of people proceed through their embarrassing phases, a phase where they arent sure where they’re heading and where they match in, and also a stage that may be indicated by rebellion. It’s in the teen years that we start to grow more independent. Our hormones stop in because biologically it is time to begin working on our own.
